Alec Huynh is an experienced operations leader responsible for scaling and optimizing Generate Upcycle’s anaerobic digestion (AD) platform across North America. As General Manager of North American AD Operations, he leads the coordination and performance of the company’s portfolio across Canada and the United States.
Prior to this role, Alec served as General Manager of Canadian Operations, where he played a key role in laying the foundation for rapid regional expansion and driving improvements in operational safety and performance.
Before joining Generate Upcycle, Alec spent more than 13 years at ABC Technologies, where he held a variety of management and leadership roles across Mexico, Brazil, Germany, the United States, and Canada. His global experience provided him with a strong understanding of industrial operations across diverse cultural, supply chain, and regulatory environments.
Alec holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brock University.
