Vincent Hughes serves as Vice President of Information Technology at Generate Upcycle, where he has been a key leader since joining the company in August 2023. In this role, he supports the company’s continued growth, including its growth in biogas operations, by aligning technology strategy with evolving business needs.
Vincent has led the integration of information systems and resources across multiple acquisitions, building a unified and scalable IT environment. He has also played a critical role in separating and establishing independent business operations from Generate Capital. In parallel, Vincent has developed and implemented a comprehensive cybersecurity program to safeguard the company’s data, systems, and infrastructure.
Through his leadership, Vincent continues to strengthen Generate Upcycle’s technology foundation, enabling operational efficiency, resilience, and long-term growth.
Vincent holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Murray State University.
